General Cargo 

Horizon’s location in the heart of the U.S. Eastern Seaboard along with its excellent rail and interstate connections makes it an ideal port and distribution center for general cargo. Our facility is comprised of dedicated dry storage, 2 on-site class 1 rail services and intermodal facilities.

We operate a modern lift truck fleet with capacities from 5,000 to 25,000 lbs. for heavy lift, which is helpful for loading and unloading of a variety of project cargos.

In the past few years, we have handled many special project cargoes including dry cargo, iron castings and a host of other general cargo.
